Individual Reservations: Individuals may call 1-800-643-1502 for reservations by April 10, 2020. Use the Group name, TOASTMASTERS to receive the Group Rate of $99.00 (single)/$109.00 (double) plus 14.5% sales tax and $7.00 occupancy tax. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied with a first night room deposit
or guaranteed by credit card. Individual reservations that are not canceled twenty‐four hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night’s room and tax. Complimentary parking located 2 blocks north of Arlington Hotel.

▪ Non-Toastmasters (guests or spouses) may purchase MEALS ONLY.

▪ Full Registration includes all Educational Sessions, Contests, Friday Evening Banquet, Saturday Luncheon, and Saturday Banquet.

▪ Conference Refunds: According to District policy, registration, meals, and deposits are only refundable until April 10, 2020 (two weeks before the conference) when requested in writing.

▪ Hotel Refunds: Hotel reservations and refunds are the responsibility of each individual and are contingent upon hotel policy. Neither District 43 nor the Conference Committee bears any responsibility for hotel refunds.
